pkvip2 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pkvip2," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to pkvip2.cam and the online gaming services operated thereunder.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the pkvip2 platform.
• "Account" means the personal user account created by a Player upon registration with pkvip2.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, financial transaction, and associated services available on the pkvip2 platform, including live casino, slots, bingo, and sports betting.
• "Real Money Play" means any game session conducted using funds held in a Player's pkvip2 wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's account by pkvip2 under any promotion.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required of all Players prior to processing withdrawals.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary regulatory authority for gaming in the Philippines.

By accessing pkvip2.cam, creating an Account, or using any of the Services offered on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and pkvip2. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

To register for and use a pkvip2 Account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming of the type offered by pkvip2 is not prohibited under applicable local law at the time of play.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of pkvip2 or any of its associated game providers or payment processors.
• You must not have previously had a pkvip2 Account suspended, terminated, or banned for any reason.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by pkvip2 or PAGCOR at the time of registration.

pkvip2 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified to pkvip2's reasonable satisfaction.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one pkvip2 Account. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether using different personal details, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, pkvip2 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and to forfeit any balances therein.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party or permit any other person to access or use your Account. pkvip2 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.3 KYC Verification. pkvip2 requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include the PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, and SSS or GSIS identification cards. Players are encouraged to submit KYC documentation promptly after registration to avoid withdrawal delays.

4.4 Account Accuracy. You must promptly notify pkvip2 support of any material change to your registered personal information, including changes to your mobile number or linked payment account details. Information inaccuracies that result in failed or misdirected transactions are the Player's responsibility.

pkvip2 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods. Specific minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to each payment method are displayed at the time of transaction in the Deposit section of your Account.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. pkvip2 does not accept third-party deposits. Where a deposit is received from a payment account held in a name other than the registered Account holder, pkvip2 reserves the right to hold the associated balance pending identity verification and to return deposited funds to the originating account, net of any applicable transaction fees.

pkvip2 does not charge Players fees for standard deposit transactions. However, your financial institution or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees, for which pkvip2 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in the same legal name as your pkvip2 Account and verified through KYC. pkvip2 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests submitted by fully KYC-verified Players using GCash or Maya are typically processed within 5–30 minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay are subject to the receiving bank's processing timelines. pkvip2 will notify Players via account notification if any withdrawal is subject to additional review.

pkvip2 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant, where the account has been recently modified, or where there are reasonable grounds to investigate potential fraudulent activity. Players may be required to provide additional documentation during this review process.

Where a bonus has been credited to an Account, the associated wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before the corresponding funds become eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposits not associated with any active bonus are not subject to this restriction.

pkvip2 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the bonus is offered or activated.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. Unless otherwise specified in the promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all pkvip2 bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited to your Account upon satisfaction of any qualifying deposit requirement stated in the promotion terms.
• A wagering requirement must be met before Bonus Funds or any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time, unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to satisfying applicable wagering requirements.
• pkvip2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Players will be given reasonable notice of any material change.

7.2 Abuse Prevention. pkvip2 actively monitors Accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk bet hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine game risk; collusion between multiple Accounts; and the use of automated software to accelerate wagering. Where bonus abuse is identified, pkvip2 reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings and to close the Account.

All games available on the pkvip2 platform — including live dealer casino games, slot games, bingo, and sports betting markets — are governed by the specific rules of each game as presented within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing any real-money wager.

pkvip2 only offers games from providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems have been independently certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect independently audited figures. pkvip2 does not modify the mathematical parameters of any game supplied by its certified providers.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, the relevant hand, spin, or round shall be voided and any stakes placed shall be returned to the Player's Account. pkvip2 accepts no liability for any winnings that would have been generated from a session affected by a technical malfunction.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkvip2 platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant Philippine legal authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible to participate;
• Operating or accessing the platform on behalf of a third party;
• Collusion with other Players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or underpaid odds to derive financial advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financially illicit activity through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise access the underlying technology of the Platform;
• Facilitating or encouraging any of the above activities by any other person.

All rights are expressly reserved.

No content from the pkvip2 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used in any derivative work without the prior written consent of pkvip2. Unauthorised use of pkvip2 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pkvip2 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

pkvip2's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Services, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to pkvip2 in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkvip2 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect Platform availability. pkvip2 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

pkvip2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion if pkvip2 reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Player's Account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes;
• The Player's eligibility to use the Platform cannot be verified to pkvip2's satisfaction;
• A competent authority or regulatory body has instructed pkvip2 to do so;
• Continued operation of the Account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to pkvip2.

Where an Account is closed due to Player breach, any Account balance may be forfeited by pkvip2. Where closure is initiated by pkvip2 for reasons unrelated to Player breach, any verified Account balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting pkvip2 support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within three (3) business days. Accounts with active bonus wagering requirements or pending withdrawals will be processed after these obligations are resolved.

pkvip2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via notice on the Platform and, where practicable, via notification to registered mobile numbers or account in-platform messaging.

Amended Terms shall take effect from the date specified in the relevant update notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account prior to the amendment's effective date.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and relevant provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pkvip2 Platform, the parties shall first endeavour to resolve the matter through pkvip2's internal dispute resolution process. Players may raise formal disputes by contacting pkvip2 support via live chat, with escalation to a written complaint if the matter is not resolved within five (5) business days at the first level of support.

Disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal process may be referred to PAGCOR for regulatory mediation where PAGCOR jurisdiction applies. Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over all remaining disputes.
