Introduction & Scope
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") sets out the practices of pkvip2 ("pkvip2," "we," "us," or "the Platform") with respect to the collection, use, storage, disclosure, and protection of the personal data of all individuals who access or use the services available at pkvip2.cam ("the Platform"), including registered account holders, visitors browsing the Platform, and individuals who interact with pkvip2 through customer support channels.
This Policy is issued in accordance with Republic Act 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Republic of the Philippines ("DPA 2012"), and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. It applies to all personal data processing activities carried out by pkvip2 in connection with Platform operations, wherever the data subject is physically located at the time of processing.
By registering for a pkvip2 account, depositing funds, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you should not use the Platform.
Data Controller
For the purposes of the DPA 2012 and applicable data protection law, pkvip2 acts as the Personal Information Controller (PIC) in respect of all personal data collected through the Platform. As PIC, pkvip2 determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is responsible for ensuring that such processing is carried out lawfully, fairly, and transparently.
Where pkvip2 engages third-party service providers to process personal data on its behalf — such as payment processors, identity verification providers, and game technology providers — those parties act as Personal Information Processors (PIPs) under written data processing agreements that impose binding obligations equivalent to those that apply to pkvip2 under this Policy.
Personal Data We Collect
pkvip2 collects the following categories of personal data from players and Platform visitors, limited to what is necessary for the stated purposes described in Section 5:
3.1 Identity & Registration Data
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data
3.3 Financial & Transaction Data
3.4 Gaming Activity Data
3.5 Technical & Usage Data

How We Collect Your Data
pkvip2 collects personal data through the following means:

- From third-party payment providers — GCash, Maya, and partnered banks may transmit transaction confirmation data to pkvip2 as part of payment processing;
- From identity verification providers — third-party KYC services engaged by pkvip2 may return identity validation results and risk assessment data as part of the account verification process;
- From publicly available sources — where legally permitted, pkvip2 may supplement account records with information from public registries for fraud prevention and regulatory compliance purposes.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies
pkvip2 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on pkvip2.cam to support Platform functionality, improve user experience, and gather analytics information. The following categories of cookies are used:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential to the operation of the Platform. These include session authentication tokens and security cookies that cannot be disabled without affecting Platform functionality.

- Encryption at rest for sensitive personal data fields including identity documents and financial details stored in pkvip2 databases;
- Access controls restricting internal access to personal data to authorised personnel on a strict need-to-know basis, with role-based permission structures;
- Two-factor authentication requirements for internal administrative access to systems containing personal data;
- Continuous security monitoring and intrusion detection systems operating across pkvip2's infrastructure;
- Regular security assessments including vulnerability testing and penetration testing conducted by qualified security professionals.
Notwithstanding these measures, no method of electronic data transmission or storage is completely secure. pkvip2 cannot guarantee absolute security but commits to reporting any material breach to you and to the NPC in accordance with DPA 2012 obligations.
Data Retention
pkvip2 retains personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy and to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and tax obligations. Specific retention periods are as follows:
- Account and identity data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (AMLA);

| Right to Rectification | You may request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data held in your pkvip2 account, subject to identity verification. |

| Right to Data Portability | You may request a copy of certain personal data in a structured, machine-readable format for transmission to another personal information controller. |

pkvip2 will respond to all data subject requests within fifteen (15) working days of receipt, or within such extended period as may be permitted by the DPA 2012 where the request is complex or voluminous. We may require identity verification before processing any request.
International Data Transfers
Some of pkvip2's third-party service providers — including game technology providers, cloud infrastructure partners, and analytics platforms — may be based outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to recipients in other jurisdictions, pkvip2 ensures that such transfers are carried out in compliance with Section 21 of the DPA 2012 and relevant NPC regulations governing cross-border data transfers.
Specifically, pkvip2 applies the following safeguards to international transfers:
- Binding contractual clauses incorporating data protection standards equivalent to those of the DPA 2012;
- Transfer only to jurisdictions or recipients that provide an adequate level of protection for personal data as determined by applicable Philippine standards;
- Prior assessment of each international processor's security and compliance posture before any transfer is authorised.
Children's Privacy
The pkvip2 Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing real-money online gaming in the Philippines. pkvip2 does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21.
Age is verified through the mandatory KYC process, which requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID confirming date of birth. Where pkvip2 discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21 years of age, the relevant account will be immediately suspended and all personal data associated with that account will be deleted without undue delay, subject to any overriding legal obligations.
Third-Party Links
The pkvip2 Platform does not contain links to external third-party websites for general browsing purposes. Where pkvip2 integrates with third-party services — such as GCash or Maya payment flows — those interactions are governed by the respective third party's own privacy policy. pkvip2 is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party service provider accessed outside the direct pkvip2 Platform environment.
Players are encouraged to review the privacy policies of any third-party services they use in connection with their pkvip2 account, including their e-wallet and banking providers.
Updates to This Privacy Policy
pkvip2 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, Platform operations, or data processing practices. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via in-Platform notification prior to the effective date of the changes.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the pkvip2 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Policy. If you do not agree with an amended Policy, you may request closure of your account by contacting pkvip2 support.
The current version of this Privacy Policy was last reviewed in January 2026 and supersedes all prior versions.
